Busola Tejumola currently serves as the Executive Head, Content and West Africa Channels at MultiChoice, where she oversees strategic content development across the region.
She holds a PhD in Management Information Systems from Brunel University and an M.Sc. in the same field from the University of Surrey, showcasing her strong academic background in both technology and management.
As GM, Content at MultiChoice in 2017, Busola played a pivotal role in launching Big Brother Naija, one of Africa’s most successful reality TV franchises.
In 2018, she became Head of Production and led the production of the prestigious Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCAs), further establishing her influence in African media.
In November 2023, Busola was elected as a member of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, aligning her with global leaders in the television industry.
