HAIR LOSS SOLUTIONS: NATURAL ALTERNATIVES TO MINOXIDIL
WHAT IS MINOXIDIL?
The chaos of returning to your routine is no excuse not to exercise, and this 10-Minute Core workout is proof of that. By now, you probably know that a short routine can be just as effective as a longer one if you choose the right exercises.
And at the end of the day, you'll always achieve more and better results if you do something than if you choose to skip the session because you think you won't have time to do your usual circuits. Or not?
Personal trainer Ashton Roark knows this well, so she shared a core-focused session on the Sunny Health & Fitness blog to sculpt, tone, and strengthen this important area of the body.
A strong core doesn't just mean defined abs; it's also essential for reducing and even Preventing Back Pain, improving your posture, walking and running better, and getting up and sitting down more easily. So all the more reason to dedicate the time and care it deserves.
Luckily, that doesn't have to mean spending all day at the gym, so jot down this core workout for when you don't have time or don't feel like exercising. You're sure to feel better when you're done, and your body will thank you in the long run.
The best thing about this circuit is that you'll only do one set of each movement, you only need a pair of dumbbells, and you can Do It At Home or at the gym, whichever is most comfortable for you. Remember to warm up before starting and finish with some good stretches. This time, you'll be working primarily on your obliques, hip flexors, and lower back, so focus on them.
