Björkegren says they will not let the pressure get to them tonight...
"People always ask me how I cope with the pressure, and the simple answer is that as a coach at the high level, pressure is part of the territory.
"I need to show my players that they can trust me in difficult situations, which I think they do. We are embracing the underdog tag for this tournament," said Kim Björkegren.
In a group that also includes Mali and Tanzania, pressure will be on Ghana to get something from this opening game, as only two teams will progress from the group.
The Black Queens have never won this tournament before, but they have finished as runners-up in 1998, 2002, and 2006.

"For me as a player, my job is simple. I will strive to organise the team and to motivate the team when we encounter challenges.
"I think we will give Banyana Banyana a very good game," declared Konlan.
A lot has changed since Ghana appeared in this tournament; there’s a new order in
African women’s football, and the Black Queens team is also almost an entirely new team compared to 2018.
